1. Shipping Destinations At Dravontex LLC, we currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our services are tailored to serve our customers residing in the US.
2. Order Processing Time All orders placed on https://dravontex.com/ are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we may request an additional shipping fee to reship the package. If the customer chooses not to have the item reshipped, a refund will be issued for the product cost, minus any original shipping costs incurred by Dravontex LLC (even for free shipping, a cost is incurred), and a potential handling fee.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged Items: If you receive your order with visible damage to the packaging, please inspect the contents immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly, which may involve arranging a return or replacement.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property, with neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. Please note that investigations by carriers can take several business days to complete.
