30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your air purifier must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, are not in their original condition, or are damaged in a way not due to our error.

No Restocking Fees We believe in a transparent return process. Dravontex LLC does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your item and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Afterpay / Klarna) within 5-7 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items We meticulously inspect all our air purifiers before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately, within 72 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect to support@dravontex.com. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed for a refund, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

We can typically cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping (which usually takes 1-2 business days). Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return policy once received.
